I will work collaboratively with you to help you find understanding, well-being, and wholeness. I do this by gently and non-judgmentally inviting you to explore the things that you have been struggling with. Sometimes, there is relief simply by bringing these often-hidden parts of ourselves into the open through speaking them out to a compassionate listener; and other times it can take time and patience to uncover patterns and ways of thinking that keep you stuck. You may be feeling pain, sadness, shame, guilt, anger, or grief – all these emotions are welcome in the counselling room.
I am qualified with a Master of Counselling degree, am a provisional member with CCAA and PACFA. As a counsellor I am calm, patient, willing to accept you as you are, coming alongside as you process what is going on for you; I look forward to meeting you.
I am available at Macquarie Park in the evening on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
