I am an accredited clinical counsellor/psychotherapist with experience working with individuals, couples, children and adolescents. I am experienced in working with a wide range of presenting issues such as trauma, grief and loss, childhood abuse, domestic violence, anxiety and depression, self-esteem and relationship issues. I am an experienced and accredited clinical supervisor who provides both clinical and pastoral supervision. I work from an interpersonal process focused approach that values the client and their capacity for growth and change. I prioritise being fully present to my clients in the here-and-now moment of the therapeutic encounter and facilitating a healing and transformative therapeutic process. I am supervisee and client-led in my approach to supervision and therapeutic practice. I have been in practice since 2003.
