My client focuses are: young adults, adults, individuals and couples. I am an accredited Mental Health First Aider, and I also have Suicide Prevention Training. I help people work through trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I am committed to the principles of client-centred practice, empowerment, and confidentiality. I am passionate about facilitating a safe place where clients can be free to explore their issues, gain strength and discover hope. I also integrate a broad range of therapeutic models. My enduring goal is to be used by the Holy Spirit to touch lives and to bring others toward both spiritual and psychological maturity. I firmly believe that we are designed with the capacity to rewire our brains by thinking and choosing to renew our minds. I have been in practice since 2019.
