Sabrina Tian

Sabrina is a PACFA-registered counsellor who offers a warm, thoughtful, and culturally sensitive space for clients to explore their inner world and reconnect with what truly matters. She works with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.

Her therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each individual. She draws from evidence-based modalities including ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Process Therapy, and Attachment Theory to support emotional awareness, behavioural change, and meaningful growth.

As a former international student, Sabrina understands the emotional complexity of cultural transitions, identity exploration, and living away from familiar support systems. She is passionate about supporting culturally diverse clients and international students.

With a background in the corporate sector, Sabrina understands workplace stress, burnout, and career uncertainty. She also has experience in aged care settings, including supporting individuals through late-life transitions and end-of-life stages. This has shaped her perspective on resilience, meaning, and what truly matters across the lifespan.

She is fluent in English and Mandarin and offers counselling in both languages. Sabrina is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported at their own pace.
