I started my career as an IT professional. My interest in counselling kindled as life’s journey called for me to look inward,  to seek self-understanding and to then begin building relationships based on trust, compassion and away from fear-based beliefs. The journey eventually led me to my professional training in Morling College. My approach to counselling is client-centred base, predominantly informed by frameworks such as Interpersonal Process psychotherapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) and Attachment theory. Although I have also been trained in the foundation of couples counselling as well as children/adolescent counselling, I have worked mostly with individuals. I have been in practice since 2019.
