Jenny is an experienced practitioner providing counselling to individuals, couples, and families. She works with all areas of mental health but has particular interest in relationship counselling. Her focus in on helping couples and families get through stressful times, learn to communicate well, and feel more connected, closer, and happier.
Jenny uses an integrative and collaborative approach, drawing primarily from Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Systems, Attachment and Emotionally focused therapies.
Jenny has a Master of Counselling, a Graduate Diploma of Counselling and is currently undertaking further training in the field of family and couple therapy. Prior to studying counselling, Jenny was an educator in Secondary schools and Adult Education Programmes.
Jenny is a clinical member of PACFA and a registered supervisor and supervisors individuals and groups from a broad range of NFP organizations.
In addition to this, Jenny lectures in the Master of Counselling programme at Morling College.
