Grace Foo

Master of Counselling, Bachelor or Business (Accounting); ACA Level 2

I provide counselling for couples and individuals in a wide range of issues from anxiety and depression, grief and loss, life’s adjustments and transitions to the exploration of self-identities, and with a special interest in psychological traumas and relationship matters. I take a warm and empathic approach to provide a safe space to promote personal growth and development. I emphasise the whole person, working from a client-centred and emotionally focused approach. I collaborate with my clients in an active process of self-discovery, whilst also utilising a variety of research-validated therapies that best suit your needs. I am also genuinely interested in helping couples grow deep soulful relationships, journeying with them through the challenges from premarital through to the different stages of family life. My past experience as a finance manager has helped me to understand the demands and challenges one faces in highly pressured work environments. I also have vast experience in pastoral care and ministry leadership at my local church and within para-church organisations.

Find me at Macquarie Park, Gordon, or Online and Telehealth.
