Netta Dolev
I’m an experienced mental health clinician and have been supporting individuals and families since 2011. My approach is grounded in strengths‑based, client‑centred practice, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I aim to help bring clarity, hope, and a sense of direction to our conversations. Together, we explore what matters most to you, and how you can move toward a life that feels meaningful, full, and aligned with your values.
I offer a calm, compassionate, and non‑judgmental space where you can talk openly about whatever you’re facing. Many people come to me for support with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, or the impacts of trauma — whether recent or from childhood, including experiences of sexual abuse. You can always expect a validating and collaborative experience that honours your pace and strengths.
I’ve also been supervising clinicians since 2019. I facilitate reflective practice that celebrates clinician’s growth and empowers best practice through in depth discussions. I enjoy working with all levels of training and proficiency to navigate complex cases, enhance therapeutic skills, and maintain professional well-being.
I hope that my experience will be helpful to the individuals, families and professionals I meet at the Ezra Centre.
