Netta Dolev

Registered Mental Health Clinician & Clinical Supervisor (level 4 ACA)

I am an experienced mental health clinician and clinical supervisor with a passion for fostering professional growth and delivering high-quality psychological support.  I’ve been in practice since 2011. I utilise mainly the strengths-based and client-centered modalities as I also integrate  Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support both clients and professionals in achieving meaningful outcomes.

As a clinical supervisor, I worked with different levels of training and proficiency of clinicians. I provide reflective practice in a supportive setting to empower clinicians to navigate complex cases, enhance their therapeutic skills, and maintain professional well-being. I emphasize values-driven leadership to ensure ethical, effective, and client-centered care.

I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space for individuals seeking counselling, where they can explore personal challenges, build resilience, and achieve emotional well-being. My approach is personalized to meet each client’s unique needs, cultivating self-awareness, coping strategies, and personal growth. Whether navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship struggles, or impacted by trauma—whether current or past, including childhood trauma and sexual abuse—clients can expect a validating, collaborative, and empowering therapeutic experience that supports recovery and meaningful changes.

As I value diversity, I am committed to prioritize a culturally sensitive approach that acknowledges diverse backgrounds, identities, and experiences, ensuring that both clients and clinicians feel heard, understood, and supported.

With a background spanning school counselling, employee assistance programs, crisis intervention, and leadership roles in mental health services, I hope my knowledge and experience would be useful for clients and supervisees at the Ezra Centre.
