I offer counselling services to individuals and couples, adolescents and adults. I work in an integrative approach to individualise counselling interventions depending on the clients needs. I have training in Child and Adolescent Counselling, Crisis and Trauma Counselling and Relationship Counselling. I am a trained mentor in the Raise Adolescent Mentor Programme. I am also an accredited Prepare-Enrich Marriage Preparation and Counselling Facilitator. I also teach Resilience Skills in a group therapy programme at the Overcomers Place Addiction Service. My counselling approach is integrative and client focused with reference to the theoretical principles of various psychological theories such as Attachment Theory, Family Systems Theory, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Emotion Focused Theory and Trauma Theory. I also have further training in Online Counselling Therapies (PACFA). My counselling is further supported by my previous experience in the nursing profession. I have been in practice since early 2021.
