I have a particular focus on relationships working with adults in conflict resolution, couples therapy as well as general counselling with individuals using an integrated modality. My background has been in administration, and I have a particular interest in relationships.  My husband and I are members of Better Marriages as well as serving on the committee.  We have facilitated couple’s workshops helping to enrich relationships.  I have had 22 years of experience with cancer patient care through Look Good Feel Better.  I have a commitment to building a safe, empathetic and supportive working relationship with my clients, building their own unique strength to navigate through today’s challenges.
